Introduction

Ingredients

    1 pound boneless/skinless chicken breast, cubed
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 clove garlic, minced
    2 cups pre-shredded coleslaw mix
    2.5 cups frozen whole kernel corn
    2 cups frozen cut green beans
    4 cups hot spicy tomato juice
    1 can italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
    2 Tblsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp dried crushed basil
    1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Combine everything in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours.
