Ingredients

    8 cups quick oatmeal
    2 cups bran
    2 cups wheat germ
    2 cups unsweetened coconut
    1/2 cup ground/whole almonds
    1/2 cup ground/whole pecans
    1 T cinnamon
    1/2 cup skim milk powder
    1/2 cup canola oil
    1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup maple syrup/honey/molasses (any combination)




Directions

Mix dry ingredients.
Measure wet ingredients and heat for 30 seconds in microwave.
Combine ingredients.

Bake at 350F for 1.5 hours (or until moisture is gone), stirring every 30 minutes.
