Ingredients

    1 serving from a 3 serving size can of red kidney beans
    1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
    1/2 cup fresh spinach
    1/2 cup fresh romaine leaves
    1/4 cup chopped cucumber
    1/4 cup chopped carrot
    1-2 tbsp of your favorite raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Tips

For best results, make sure most of the moisture is removed from all ingredients except dressing.


Directions

Rinse the kidney beans and drain, then set aside. Rewash all produce then chop all produce to prepare salad. Mix all of the ingredients together in one large bowl with the dressing and enjoy.
