Introduction

I found this on the back of the Mori-nu tofu box and changed it a bit, I substituted apple juice for applesauce and instead of 1 clove garlic I used 1-2 tbsp of dried onion flakes. HOLY GOODNESS it is amazing. Ingredients

    Mori-Nu, Tofu, silken, firm, whole package
    Apple Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 2 tbsp
    Dijon Mustard, .5 tsp
    Dried Onion Flakes, 1-2 tbsp
    Basil, about 3/4 cup to 1 cup leaves
    Salt, .5 tsp

Tips

According to Mori-Nu this will last a week in the fridge.


Directions

Place all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until really creamy and fluffy. I used a vitamix on about an 8 for maybe 1-2 minutes.

This makes roughly 2 cups so each serving is about 2 tbsp, making 16 servings. WOW! SO GOOD.
