Introduction

Ingredients

    4 4oz frozen filet of fish (flounder or tilapia) thawed
    24 oz Jar of Mild Salsa (or try Peach/Mango Salsa)
    1 C White Rice (dry)
    Water to cook rice according to package directions.

Tips

Serve salsa and fish over cooked rice.

Add any vegetable side dish you enjoy.


Directions

Cook rice according to package directions. Keep Warm.
Place salsa into a large pan. Cook on low-medium heat until it starts to bubble. (about 8-10 min)
Place fish filets on top of salsa, cover pan and continue cooking about 5-6 minutes until fish is white and flakes easily.
