Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup Steel Cut Oats
    2 cups water
    4 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
    1 sliced banana (optional)
    1/2 cup ground Flaxseed
    1 tsp vanilla extract


Tips

Great addition to a Heart Healthy diet! Put it together in the evening and let it cook on low all night. Ready for a quick, speedy and delicious breakfast the next morning. Refrigerate leftovers and enjoy for the rest of the week.


Directions

Spray non-stick oil in crockpot. Add all ingredients, stir or whisk together. Set temp on low for 7 to 8 hours.

Enjoy.
