Ingredients

    1 can white albacore tuna in water
    3 tbsp. light mayo
    1 tsp. curry
    1 medium diced apple
    optional salt and pepper
    4 slices whole wheat bread
    iceberg lettuce

Tips

For a low carb version, wrap the tuna in a large lettuce leaf and skip the bread!


Directions

Mix ingredients, add salt and pepper to taste. Finish with an iceberg lettuce leaf. (i like a dash of sea salt and cayenne.)
