1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal (dry)
1 Cup Ice
Tips
Might have to use 'pulse' setting for ice if bigger chunks. Usually I use 3-4 tray ice cubes for this recipe.

Mix all ingrediants in blender & enjoy!
