Ingredients

    Lite butter - 1Tablespoon
    Water- 3 Tablespoons

    Cumin powder - pinch
    Onion- 1 small chopped(5oz)
    Garlic - 1 clove chopped
    Ginger- 1/2 t. grated

    Rotel tomatoes with chilies -10 oz can
    Turnips- 16 oz- diced and boiled
    Salt - to taste

    Garam masala - 1/2 t.
    Coriander - 1 t.

Directions

1- Melt butter with 3T water and sauté onions, garlic,
ginger and cumin about 2 minutes till onions are
softened
2- Add tomatoes,turnips and salt. Cook on medium heat
about 10 minutes.
3- Turn off heat and add Garam masala and coriander
