Ingredients

    Eggs, 6 large, hard boiled (5 min.) & chopped
    Celery, raw, 1 large stalk, diced
    Nonfat sour cream, 1/2 c.
    Yellow mustard, 1 T.
    Dill Pickles, 1 large (4" long), diced
    Dill weed, dried, 1 T.
    Fresh parsley, 2 T., diced
    Sweet red pepper, 1 small, diced
    Black pepper, generous shake
    Salt, light shake

Tips

Save the water you used to boil the eggs; let it cool & use it to water plants! They benefit from the leftover nutrients.


Directions

While boiling eggs, prepare & combine other ingredients. Mix well & serve.
