    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, small (5" long)
    4 Chicken Breast
    Sweet Corn
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup
    Trader Joe's Almond Milk Vanilla unsweetened, 1 cup
    Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread, 5.3 tbsp
    Water, 12 cup


You may need to increase or decrease water depending on your cooker size. Also, skip the butter speard I used too much.


Throw all your ingredients in to your slow cooker and season heavily. I used Goya seasoning packets, 3 chicken bullion cubes, garlic, pepper and sea salt. Enjoy!
