Ingredients

    250 g unsalted butter
    1 cup dark chocolate chips
    1 cup frozen berries
    2 cubes of lemon juice
    1 tsp natural vanilla essence
    333g Hermesatas granulated or Stevia
    4 eggs
    2 cups of SR Flour

Tips

You can change what every flavour you like, I used this melt and mix method because the substitute sugar does not beat like ordinary sugar.

Directions

Melt Butter, Chocolate Chips and vanilla essence together, stir in berries and lemon juice and then add eggs, beat together, then fold in flour and Hermesatas granulated sugar substitute, beat again for a few minutes and then place into round cake tin.
Cook in oven 160c.

Serving Size: 1 round cake cuts into 12 pieces
