    2 Tbsp Canola oil
    2 Onions sliced
    1 Large Carrot
    2 Chicken breasts cuts into 2cm cubes
    1 Jar President's Choice Madras Curry Sauce


On low heat, heat oil and sweat the onion, and carrot in a large saucepan. Once they're soft, add the chicken and cook until if changes colour. Add the sauce and cook covered with a lid for 30 minutes. Add the green pepper and cook for another 5 minutes. Serve with rice
