Ingredients

    6 Cup Cabbage, Shredded
    2 Each Carrots, Shredded
    2 Each Apples Granny Smith, Julienned
    1 Cup Onion Red, Julienned
    ½ Cup Cilantro, Minced

    Dressing
    1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
    1 Tsp Splenda
    ½ Tsp Cayenne
    1 Tsp Cumin Ground
    1 Cup Grapefruit Juice, preferably fresh Ruby Red
    ¼ Cup Oil Canola
    Salt & Pepper

Tips

Add more Splenda if your grapefruit juice is not naturally sweet.


Directions

Whisk together Dressing ingredients. Mix Vegetables/ fruit well. Toss with dressing. Chill 1 hour. Toss again.
