Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb. Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    1/8 C Zucchini, grated
    1/8 C Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
    4 medium Diced fresh Mushrooms
    2 cloves Garlic
    1/2 Small Onion
    1 Tb Yellow Mustard
    1 Tb Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
    1/8 C Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal
    1Tb Italian Seasoning
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    1 large egg white, fresh

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together oatmeal, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Mix that with all other ingredients in a bowl until blended. Spray loaf pan with fat free cooking spray. Put meat dough into pan and cook for about an hour.

    Very Good
    This was really good. I added some sausage so I had to double most of the other ingredients. I should have added more worsheshire sauce to bring out the meat flavor. All the vegetables were wonderful. Thanks for the recipe! - 8/17/11
