Ingredients

    Pacific Natural Foods Organic Beef Broth, 1 cup, 4 cup(remove)
    PS Organic Diced Tomatoes, 28 oz(remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped(remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"(remove)
    Beans, black, 1.7 cup(remove)
    Beans, red kidney, 1.7 cup(remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves(remove)
    Chili powder, 2 tbsp(remove)
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Paprika, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Jalapeno Peppers, .5 cup, sliced(remove)
    La Victoria Diced Green Chiles, .5 cup(remove)
    Ground beef, extra lean, 12 oz(remove)
    Hormel Bacon Bits, 2 tbsp(remove)

Directions

Cut raw vegetables to preferred size.
Add all ingredients, EXCEPT beef into slow cooker at low temperature and allow to cook for at least 6 hours. Stir occasionally.
Cook ground beef separately on stovetop. Drain excess grease. Set aside.
Add beef into stew for the last 2 hours of cook time.
I prefer to cool everything over night and reheat all ingredients the next day. This really marries the flavors well.

Serving Size: Make approximately 8, 1.5 cup servings.
