Ingredients
-
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of cream of celery soup
1 cup 2% milk
2 cans of tuna
1-1/2 cup of frozen peas (preferrably thawed)
6 cups of cooked egg noodles
Directions
Preheat over to 350 degrees.
Prepare the egg noodles as directed on the package. Whole wheat is obviously best for fiber.
Mix the 2 cans of soup with 1 cup of milk, the 2 cans of tuna, and the peas in a large mixing bowl (big enough to add the noodles to).
Spray a 13x9 or bigger baking pan with Pam or other nonstick spray.
After the noodles are done add them to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
Put the mixture into the baking pan and cook at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until hot throughout. Makes about twelve 3/4 cup servings.
You can also crumble bread crumbs on top or melt cheese, but that is NOT included in the calorie count.
