Introduction

Ingredients

    5 lbs of Pork loin, cubed
    Snow Peas, fresh, 3.25 cup
    Carrots, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    Goya Sazon, 1 - 2 packettes
    Salt, 2 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, 1 cup or more for liquid
    10-15 Great Value Manzanilla Green Olives (Pimiento Stuffed )
    3 cubes of Cilantro Mix

Tips

This can also be assembled and stewed in the oven. It is great as is or served over a healthy grain. This is a basic stew and can easily be adjusted to personal tastes.


Directions

Combine Cilantro mix, tomato sauce, salt, pepper and water in a large pot. Add the pork and olives and cook for 20 - 30 minutes over a low to medium heat and to cook the pork through. Add vegetables and continue to cook until they are cooked to your liking.
