Ingredients

    Medium banana (100g)
    Frozen (or fresh) blueberries 40g
    99.9% Fat free soy milk 250 ml
    Flaxseed meal 1 tbs
    Protein powder - chocolate 2 tbs

Tips

You can add ice to the blend also.


Directions

Chuck it all in the blender (put the powder and flaxseed on top of the milk or it may get stuck beneath the blades!)
Blend... drink!
