Introduction

Little spicy, feel free to omit the hot sauce (but why would you want to?) and/or use less chili powder. Maybe even add a can of corn. Hope you enjoy it! Ingredients

    1 pound fresh lean ground turkey
    1 quart tomato juice
    1 (29 ounce) can tomato puree
    1 (16 ounce) can red beans, drained
    1 (16 ounce) can black beans, drained
    1 large onion (1 1/2 cup), chopped
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1/4 cup sweet pepper, diced
    1/2 cup jalepeno peppers, diced
    1/4 cup chili powder
    1 tsp cumin
    1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp each: black pepper, oregano, splenda
    1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
    4 tsp Sriracha HOT chili sauce

Directions

Cook and drain ground turkey. Place in 6 quart pot along with all other ingredients. Simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Enjoy!
