Ingredients

    1-2 heads of broccoli
    3 tomatoes
    12 cups of chicken broth
    1 tbsp of minced garlic
    1 cup of diced onion
    10 tbsp of natural peanut butter
    2 tbsp dried parsley
    2 tbsp dried Thyme
    2 tbsp Montreal Chicken spice (or steak spice)
    2 tbsp black pepper

Directions

Bring to a boil all ingredients. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Depending on preference, use food processor to blend.
