Ingredients

    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 Tb. EVOO
    1 pkg Light Life Smart Ground (veggie protein
    2 packages chili seasoning
    1 15 oz. can red kidney beans (drained)
    1 15 oz. can black beans (drained)
    1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes

Directions

Saute onions in olive oil until caramelized. Stir in remaining ingredients and allow to cook for at least 1 hour on very low heat. Or use crock pot. The long slow cook intensifies the flavor.

Serving Size: Makes 4 large servings (about 2 cups each)
