Introduction
A great way to splurge a little without feeling too guilty :) A great way to splurge a little without feeling too guilty :)Number of Servings: 18
Ingredients

1/2 cup Coconut oil
1 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup Almond or Soy milk
1 tbsp Vanilla extract
2 cups Flour (I used Wheat)
1 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Sea salt
1 cup Carob Chips
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
1. Cream together the liquid coconut oil & brown sugar then add the Almond milk & Vanilla extract.
2. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking soda, powder & salt.
3. Combine the wet & dry ingredients then Carob chips.
4. Scoop about a tbsp sized balls & place them on ungreased baking pan.
5. Bake for 8-10 mins.
