Ingredients

5 cups Silk unsweetened almond milk, original
4 cups Chobani plain greek yogurt
    1 1/2 cups oatmeal
7 scoops (32.5g/scoop) vanilla whey protein
4 tablespoons Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    2 1/2 cups Splenda
1 cup Egg Beaters (liquid, uncooked)
    2 tsp salt
    3 ripe bananas, smashed
    1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
    6 tsp imitation maple extract
    6 tsp imitation banana extract
    4 tsp imitation butter extract
    3 tsp imitation vanilla extract

Tips

Very ripe bananas are best. If you don't want to wait a week for your bananas to ripen then you can artificially ripen yellow (not green) bananas by cooking them, still in their peel, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Next time I plan to use less salt, less yogurt, 4 bananas, a few tbs of vodka (to reduce freezing), maybe some gelatin or something else to soften it and prevent ice crystals. I also plan to use whey isolate powder rather than whey protein powder. It's more expensive but healthier.

Directions

1) Blend the oatmeal, protein powder, and half of the almond milk in a food processor or blender until fine and well mixed. Scrape and stir as necessary to eliminate protein powder clumps.
2) Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a large bowl with an electric mixer.
3) Use an ice cream maker, following manufacturer's directions, to turn the liquid into ice cream.
