    1 Whole ripe Avacado
    4 medium hard boiled eggs
    2 tbsp Olive Oil mayo
    1 tbsp Curry
    4 Whole Wheat Tortillas


Hard boil 4 medium eggs, peel and chop. Add the avacado, mayo, curry and salt and pepper to taste. Add some greens and tomato for extra flavor!

Serving Size: Makes 4 wraps, pita's or sandwiches
