1 medium onion, chopped
6 Master's Touch Vine Sweet Mini peppers, sliced into circles
2 pounds Boston Burger
1 clove garlic, minced
4 cups Sweet Kernel Corn, frozen
1 (15 oz.) can Kuner’s Southwestern Ranchero Pinto Beans
1 (15 oz.) can white kidney beans, drained and rinsed
2 (14.5 oz.) cans Red Gold petite diced tomatoes with green chilies, hot
1 (15 oz.) can Bush’s Seasoned Recipe Black Beans
2-tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoons cumin powder
1-cup salsa
1-cup shredded cheese, optional
Tips
This is ready in about 25 minutes; however, the longer it simmers the better it will taste.
Directions
1. In a large pot sauté the onions and mini peppers in until limp.
2. Add the Boston burger and brown with chopped onion and mini peppers.
3. yAdd garlic, corn, beans, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, and salsa to mixture. Cook until hot.
4. Sprinkle with cheese if desired.
