Ingredients

2 (8 ounce) packages shirataki noodles (I like angel hair best)
    6 oz cooked shrimp
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon minced ginger
    1 tablespoon sriracha
    sauce
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon peanut butter
    1 tablespoon water
    1 tablespoon rice vinegar
    1 teaspoon nectresse sweetener
    1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
    1 tablespoon fish sauce
    1 teaspoon green onion
    1 teaspoon chopped cilantro

Directions

Directions:

1.Drain the Shirataki noodles and make sure they're dry (don't want to retain the smell of the water they're packaged in).
2.Spray pan with canola oil and heat. Add the garlic and ginger and heat until fragrant. Stir in the shrimp and cook. Stir in the noodles until separated and coated.
3.Separately, combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, nectresse, rice vinegar, peanut butter, water and sriracha. Pour the sauce over the noodles and shrimp.
4. Toss it all together. Allow the sauce to heat through. Remove from the heat.
5.Top with green onions and chopped cilantro and serve.
