Ingredients

    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    Green Beans (snap), 1 cup
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    *Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 4 cup
    *Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, 3 cup
    kale - Glory chopped kale, fresh, .75 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, .5 cup
    Potato, raw, 1 cup diced, chopped

    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Put all ingredents into slow cooker including the tomato juice from the canned tomatos, cook around 6 hours

Serving Size: makes around 8 (2) cup servings
