Ingredients

    Frozen Raspberries, 1 cup
    Frozen Mangos, 1 cup, diced
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Chia Seed, 4 tbsp
    Hemp Seeds, 4 tbsp
    Water, 4 cup
    Flax Seed Meal, 4 tbsp

Directions

Blend with 2 cups water.

Let sit 5-10 mins.

Add remaining water. Blend. Serve.
