Ingredients

    Subway 6" 9-Grain Wheat Bread (half)
    Subway Olive Oil Blend, 1 tsp
    Vinegar, 1 tsp
    Shredded Lettuce, 1/2 cup
    Sliced Pickles, 3
    Spinach, 8 leaves or 1/2 cup

Directions

All I did was take off the top piece of bread, cut the sandwich in half and make a sandwich with both halves. This is just an estimate of calories.
