Ingredients

    3 large zucchini, sliced thin (1/4") and dehydrated in a food dehydrator or the oven.

    Sauce: Combine browned and drained ground meat, the jar of Rao's, and 1/2 cup of Ricotta

    Spray lasagna pan with light spray of non stick cooking spray, layer zucchini noodles, sauce, shredded cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese.

Tips

You must dry the zucchini, and your sauce should be thick. Really really thick. Even dry zucchini gives off water.


Directions

Cook in the oven at 350 until bubbly.
