Ingredients

    Black Beans - 1 Can
    Tomatoes, diced - 1 Cup
    Cucumbers, peeled and diced - 1/2 Cup
    Green Onions, diced (tip to blubs) - 1 bunch (6-8 stalks)
    Serrano (or jalapeno) pepper, diced - 1 pepper
    Cilantro - 1/2 cup
    Lime juice - 1/4 cup
    Ground Cumin - 1/2 tsp
    Crushed red pepper - 1/4 tsp
    Salt - 1/4 tsp



Tips

Eat by itself, with chips or mix with other foods like soups and scrambled eggs.


Directions

Mix ingredients and let sit for at least 3hrs in fridge.
