Ingredients

    6 ounces diced chicken breast without skin
    2 tsps garlic from a jar
    1 tbsp ground tarragon
    1 tbsp ground thyme
    1 cup fresh baby spinach
    1/4 cup Fat Free Shredded Mozarella Cheese (any brand)
    2 tbsp Kraft Light Done Right Salad Dressing
    2 tbsp canola oil

Tips

You may want to increase the garlic, tarragon and thyme depending on your taste preferences.


Directions

Put canola oil, garlic, thyme and tarragon into a nonstick frying pan on medium heat. Saute until garlic is slightly brown stirring consistently. Add diced chicken. Continue sauting until chicken is cooked throughly. When done, place on baby spinach on plate and add mozarella cheese and dressing on top.

Serving Size: Makes 2 1 cup servings
