Introduction

Ingredients

Melt butter in pan
Sautee ham and vegetables in the butter, when hot then pour the Eggbeaters over the vegetables
Once it starts to set sprinkle cheese over top and cover pan to melt cheese
Fold omelette in 1/2 and slide out of pan onto plate.

Tips
This is a fairly big omelette, so if you aren't too hungry, you may want to cut back the ingredients.
