Ingredients

    2 Poblano Peppers
    .5 cup 2% - 4 Cheese Mexican - Shredded
    Rice - Success Boil-in-Bag White Rice, .5 cup
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
    cilantro
    canned chicken breast

Directions

Cut top of pepper off and remove seeds and slice once side down the center

Cook rice according to box
When done, mix with cheese, chicken and cilantro

Stuff pepper with rice/cheese mixture and cook in the oven at 425 for 15-20 minutes or until tender

top with tomato sauce

Serving Size: makes 2 poblano peppers
