Ingredients

    10 ounces Portobello mushrooms, destemmed
    3.5 TB Italian dressing
    1 TB olive oil
    2 TB balsamic and sherry vinegar

Directions

Coat baking pan with the oil. Place the mushrooms upside down in pan. Drizzle with dressing and vinegars. Let marinate 25 minutes. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake 15 minutes. Turn over, lower heat to 375 and bake 15 minutes.
