Ingredients



    Carrots, raw, 2 medium
    Celery, raw, 3 stalk
    *Potato, raw, 2 medium
    Peas, frozen, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    *Emeril's All Natural Organic Vegetable Stock, 6 cup (2 quarts)

Directions

pour 2 quarts of organic stock into a large pot , cut up raw veggies and add to pot , add cumin and parsley , about 20 minutes before your done add the peas . Enjoy !!!
