Ingredients

    1 large head cauliflower
    1 pound ground turkey
    1 cup light cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup chopped onion

    *For extra creaminess, add 1/2 cup of plain low-fat yogurt. NOT included in the nutritional info.

Tips

Add other veggies as desired... just make sure to rough chop and cook them first.


Directions

Brown turkey with the onions
Rough chop and then steam the cauliflower

Mix all ingredients and cook in a casserole dish at 350 for 20 minutes or until boiling

Serving Size: Makes approx 4 servings
