    1/4 cup raw onion
    1/4 cup green pepper
    1/4 cup yellow or red pepper
    1/2 cup curry sauce
    1/2 cup cubed Tempeh
    1 cup Soba noodles
    scallions to garnish

Directions

Cook soba noodles.
Prep veggies.
Add all ingredients into wok or pan.
Cook for 10 minutes.
