Introduction
This was my first ever attempt at making a GM smoothie. Not only did I enjoy it, but my daughters who are VERY picky and not big veggie fans had 2 cups each. WIN- WIN! Ingredients

2 cups Kale ( I just used one large stem with the leaves)
1 cup spinach
1/4 cp. Pineapple
1/2 a medium Apple ( I used Fuji)
1 large celery stalk
6 baby carrots
1/2 cp. Frozen raspberries
1 small banana
1/2 peeled cucumber
1/4 cp Nasoya Silken Tofu
2 cps. Vanilla Almond Milk (I used Winn Dixie)
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon Light Organic Agave Nectar
Tips
You can switch it up to taste by using coconut milk instead of almond, or collards instead of kale... Etc.... For less calories you can use water...but the milk is only 70 per serving so I don't mind!
Directions
Wash veggies and fruits well. If you are looking for more fiber include the stem of the Kale, otherwise you can remove it. I have seen complaints about the very small kale stem pieces in smoothies online, but it doesn't bother me so I keep the stems on. Just place everything in your blender andgive it a good whizz!
