Ingredients

    Two mahi mahi fillets, thawed

    3 T soy
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    3T balsamic
    3t olive oil
    3T honey
    1t grated giger
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Two onion Paratha

    20-40 green beans.

Tips

I really recommend Full Circle's Mahi Mahi. It was very good.

Directions

Mix honey, soy, balsamic, ginger, garlic and olive oil in shallow glass dish. Season fish with salt and pepper ( I used montreal steak seaoning) and place into dish. Cover and refridgerate half and hour to marinate. Heat 1tsp oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Remove fish from dish and reserve marinade. Saute fish for 4-6 minutes on each side, turning only once, until fish flakes easily with a fork. Remove fillets to a serving platter (in this case "place on cooked pratha). Pour reserved marinade into the skillet and bring to a boil to thicken to a glaze. Spoon glaze over fish. (top with greenbeans and wrap pratha up burrito style! Yeah!)
