Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    2 med onions
    2 red peppers
    tin stewed tomatoes
    pkg spinach
    salt and pepper
    oregano
    basil
    thyme

    Brown beef, add onion and red pepper. Season to taste.
    Add spinach and stewed tomatoes.
    Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

Tips

Serve over noddles or rice or can be eaten alone just like a chili.
