Ingredients

    1 (16oz) can sweet yellow corn
    1 (16oz) can creamed corn
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (8oz) pkg Corn bread mix
    1 cup Sour Cream
    1 Stick Butter, Melted

Directions

Mix corn, eggs, cornbread and sour cream.

Stir in butter

Spread in a 10X10 ir 9X13 pan

Bake 350F for 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with pamresan cheese (if desired)

Bake additional 15 minutes

Makes approx. 12 servings

    Very Good
    We used unsalted butter and Jiffy mix. This was very good and delicate and reminded us of Corn Pudding, a family favorite. - 7/28/14
