Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, .75 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Celery, raw, 1.5 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Apples, fresh, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb)
    Prunes, dried, .25 cup, pitted
    *Beer, Budwiser, 12 oz
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    Saltine Crackers (Saltines), 3 cracker
    *Pork, fresh, loin, center loin (chops), bone-in, separable lean and fat, cooked, braised, 1.86 oz
    Corn Starch, .15 cup

Directions

Sautee all ing. except for chops and cornstarch. Stuff chops. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove chops and use cornstarch to make sauce.
