3 boneless chicken breasts (wt after cooking 18 oz.)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons Rosemary, dry (crushed between my fingers)
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper, Coarse Ground
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Sea Salt is optional but I don't use salt ..also, baby red potato's would taste good in this. But you would want to use less chicken or more mixture.
I like more coating so I cut the breasts up but you don't have too.
Preheated oven to 375°F. Mix oil, paprika, rosemary, pepper and garlic powder in large zip lock bag or a bowl I add chicken and toss to coat well.
I'm not sure it needs it, but I did use non stick spray in my pan.
