Ingredients

    Raspberries, 130 grams frozen
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    *Honey, 1 tbsp

Directions

Frozen raspberries need to be placed in the microwave to thaw. a minute or two

Then place them in a blender or a food processor add the vanilla and honey to the berries. Process.

Makes two to three servings depending on how much syrup you like to use.

Makes a quite a bit of syrup I use it for my french toast. So it makes about two or three servings depending on how much you like to use. 165 calories if used as one serving.
