Ingredients

    Chicken--Tenders, skinless, bonless, 16 oz
    Brown rice .25 cup uncooked
    Vegetable Broth, 4 cup
    Black Beans, 1.75 cup rinsed
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk chopped
    Baby Carrots, 9pcs=1 serving
    Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup
    Small onion sliced
    Season as you wish

Directions
