    0.5 package (2 lb) Broccoli, frozen
    6.0 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower, frozen, cooked

    4.0 serving Crackers, Ritz Hint of Salt (5 crackers)

Directions

Follow cooking instructions on Broccoli and Cauliflower bag and then drain. Melt velveta and milk in saucepan. Preheat over to 350. In a baking pan put broccoli & cauliflower. Pour velveta over broccoli and cauliflower. Then crush crackers over the cheese, broccoi, and cauliflower. Bake for 20 minutes. Serving Size: makes 8 - 1 cup servings
