Ingredients

    *Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast), 48 oz
    Tomato Paste, .5 can (6 oz)
    Water, tap, .33 cup (8 fl oz)
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Cider Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp

Directions

Put pork roast in a crock-pot on low for 8-10 hours. Shred with a fork and leave the pork in the pot.
Combine all the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan and cook for a few minutes on medium-low. Taste and adjust spices according to taste. You may also want to add more water to make the sauce thinner, if desired.
Pour sauce into crock-pot and stir to coat.

*Serve over Grain-Free Sandwich Bread or by itself!

    Very Good
    I'd make more sauce unless you like a really dry pulled pork. It was good--I'd just double it at least. - 9/2/15
