Introduction

Ingredients

    1 box of King Arthur Flour gingerbread Scone Mix
    1 15-oz can of pureed pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
    1 egg

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl, and drop by small spoonfuls into 40 mini baking cups. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not glaze.

Serving Size: Makes 40 mini baking cup sized "scones"
